○日米無線電信開始　日米無線電信に依る公衆通信取扱事務は、予定の如く十一月十六日を以て開始せられ、第一信は米国大統領閣下の祝電と我　天皇陛下の御答電なりし由なるか、当日ホノルヽ市商業会議所会頭と青淵先生との間にも左の祝電の交換ありたりと云ふ。
